Beta Support

HookScan is currently being tested through Apple TestFlight and Google Play testing. Tester reports help improve radar reliability, live-data timing, map layers, alerts, and performance for everyone.

Report a beta issue

Email hookscanadmin@hookscan.net with:

• What happened and what you expected
• The radar site and product you were using
• The approximate time and your device model
• A screenshot or short screen recording when possible

Delete a HookScan account

Delete the account immediately inside HookScan from Settings → Account → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, use the account-deletion request page.

You can also submit feedback from the TestFlight app. Do not rely on HookScan as your only source of safety information; follow official National Weather Service alerts and local emergency instructions.
